Exchange and return of goods

If, after receiving the parcel, the goods did not satisfy the buyer in terms of color, shape, dimensions, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose, you have the right to return or exchange the goods. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of appropriate quality or return the goods within 14 days.This is established and guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".​

Exchange or return of goods is carried out if:● the product was not used;● the original appearance of the product is preserved;● all labels, tags and packaging retained;● the product has mechanical damage caused by the fault of the manufacturer;● there are doubts about the assembly of the product or its strength;● the product has factory defects (cracks, tears, deformation, foreign color impurities).
According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", there are goods that cannot be returned:● diapers● nipples● children's toys are soft● combs● plaids● feeding bottles● and other baby products.● The complete list can be found at the link "Full list of non-returnable products".

Procedure for returning goods:● Please contact us in any way convenient for you: call, write to us by mail or messenger (you can find all contacts on our website in the Contacts section).● After agreeing on the reason and term of the return, we will send you the Application for the return. It will be necessary to print it and fill it out. also add a copy of the electronic payment (screen).● The buyer sends the goods to the seller by Nova Poshta.● The return or exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Refunds:● Refunds are made to the client's bank card;● The trust will be made within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the goods and the completed Return Application.​​
